Coordinate and oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties on all M&E-related matters to ensure smooth coordination and integration with other trades.
Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and constructability.
Monitor site progress of M&E works and ensure timely completion in accordance with project timelines.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, proper installation, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Identify and resolve coordination issues, including clashes between M&E and other disciplines.
Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation and submission of M&E documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
Manage and coordinate M&E materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient site operations.
