Resident Architectural Associate

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.

2. Lead and manage site architectural staff to support project execution.

3. Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements from contractors and vendors.

4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve site issues.

5. Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Architecture or equivalent qualification from a recognized institutions

2. Strong knowledge of architectural design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

3. Proficient in reviewing architectural shop drawings

4. Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
