Purpose and Scope
- The Architectural Associate plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, interacting and consulting with design and construction professional counterparts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
- Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
- Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
- Assist in tender process
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project
Qualification, Skills and Experience:
- Masters in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
- Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Only Singaporean
