Residence Officer
- Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium
- Comply with company's quality assurance standards and expectations
- Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
- Attend to residents requests/enquiries/feedback
- Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium's facilities and services
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
- Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
- Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- SHATEC or GCE O / N level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
- Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
- Team player
- Able to perform shift work (no mid-night shift )
