Residence Officer (Property Management)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Residence Officer to be part of our Property Management team.
You will manage office administration, resident enquiries, facility bookings, and contractor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support for tenants and visitors.
You will be reporting directly to the Executive Director / Senior Director / Property Manager / Site
Manager and shall undertake the following duties:
(a) Assist the General Manager in managing the facilities in the condominium, to work with the site team,
encouraging a strong sense of responsibility, and be committed to consistently anticipate and exceed
the needs and expectations of our Residents
(b) Be familiar with all aspects of operation of the condominium, i.e. House Rules, regulations, etc
(c) Communicate closely with security staff to ensure follow-ups are carried out
(d) Review daily booking of the facilities, i.e. Multi-purpose Room and barbeque pits, ensure that the
correct parties use the facilities in the proper manner, to ensure proper handling over and taking
over, to ensure all payments have been collected
(e) Assist Residents complaints and be able to resolve issues in a professional manner
(f) Assist Residents to make booking of facilities at the Concierge/Reception counter in their presence.
Over the phone booking are not permitted
(g) Answer to all phone queries in a pleasant, polite and professional manner at all times
(h) Assist Residents to make booking calls for taxi services
(i) Assist Residents in the loading/unloading of travel bags, suitcases etc at the main lobby only. The
staff is not required to go the apartments or car park to assist
(j) Assist Residents in overseeing their children's boarding and alighting the school buses at the drop-off
area outside the main lobby. The staff is not required to escort the children to and from the
apartment
(k) Assist General Manager to monitor the moving-in operations of Residents and ensure no misuse of
the lobbies and lifts by the movers
(l) Ensure and maintain a continual presence in the lobby and to be a role model in this aspect at all
times
(m) Assist the security staff in monitoring the movement of contractors and servicemen within the
compound of the condominium and to cover the duties of the security when required
(n) Ensure that Residents information is maintained in strict confidentiality
(o) Assist General Manager to issue timely reminders to Residents on the rules and regulations governing
the condominium
(p) Respond properly in any emergency or safety situation with maturity and professionalism
(q) Display at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with tenants,
owners, management, prospective clients and fellow colleagues
(r) Attend monthly meetings with the General Manager and team on operational issues and look into
areas for improvement of services rendered
(s) Assist in maintaining the standards which have been set through leadership by example
(t) Assist General Manager to monitor the security staff's attendance, performance, correcting shortfalls
and reinforcing adherence to procedures and
(u) Ensure all outstanding follow-ups are carried out and resolved.
Requirements
. SHATEC or GCE O / N level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
. Friendly and passionate to serve with customer-oriented mindset
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
. Team player
. Able to perform shift work (no mid-night shift)
