Job Title: Research and Development Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in developing and implementing new products and technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established quality management systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support full new product development projects, from concept to launch, adhering to quality management system processes.
• Support, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement, cost-down, and sustaining activities.
• Lead or actively participate in R&D projects, acting as the technical lead for cross-functional teams.
• Guide junior engineers and technicians, and assist in lab management.
• Prepare all required technical documentation.
• Participate and contribute to cross-functional team activities.

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Bio-Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
• Solid product design and process development knowledge and experience, coupled with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with medical device design, manufacturing, or regulatory affairs is highly beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills relevant to professional reports.
