Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.
Conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products or processes from initial ideas to commercialization.
Conducting research and testing to enhance existing products, improve their performance, and address any issues.
Working closely with various teams, including estate department, contract department, and term contractors and Vendors, to ensure development and implementation.
Ensuring that all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in their field and using this knowledge to drive innovation.
Executing with development plans in forms of training, guidance, SOP, and formulating and oversight of projects in related implementations and Improving means.
