Research and Communications Intern

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Research and content gathering for the following reports:

. Violence against women

. Women & ageing

. Women in leadership

. Other gender-related topics and policies

2. Work with comms on media engagement plan

3. Drawer talking points for SCWO initiatives and thought leadership topics

. Identify the sub-topics under each broad topic (aka issues) and main messages behind each topic

4. Communications content development

. Brainstorm for themes and content for social media

. Craft content for SCWO social media page - including but not limited to listicles, op-ed pieces on specific topics, section our currently available statistics and information on those topics to incorporate into social media posts

5. Presentations, speeches and talking points for interviews, events, and articles
