- Your work will help Ain Society share authentic stories, strengthen relationships with donors and partners, and ensure that our outreach is guided by both compassion and evidence. You will also play an active role in supporting events that involve people with cancer and their families, which are central to Ain Society's mission.
- Note: As these community-focused events may sometimes be held outside regular hours, weekend work may occasionally be required.

Key Responsibilities
Communications & Outreach
- Assist in thoughtful communication plans across digital, print, and in-person channels.
- Cultivate professional relationships with media, donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Co-write and co-edit press releases, reports, and outreach materials with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives and participate in events that support people with cancer and their families, deepening trust and connection with the wider community.
- Uphold Ain Society's voice as a compassionate, credible, and professional organisation.
Research & Insights
- Assist in research to assess evolving community needs and programme effectiveness.
- Help translate findings into clear reports and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with programme teams to ensure outreach is evidence-based and impactful.
Who You Are
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in communications, outreach, or research roles-preferably in social service, healthcare, or related sectors.
- You are professional, reliable, and steady in your work style.
- You communicate with clarity, empathy, and respect, across diverse audiences.
- You demonstrate a track record of commitment and contribution in your career.
- You value the opportunity to serve others and want your work to leave a lasting impact.
- You are willing to support Ain Society's community programmes, including occasional weekend events.
