- Generate and maintain Group Technology and Operations headcount and recruitment reports
- Prepare management dashboard views for headcount movement and attrition
- Develop and maintain MS Access database and Excel report templates to facilitate headcount and recruitment planning, and analysis
- Maintain Hiring Affordability and Financial reports
- Review hiring requests and callout any data discrepancies
- Develop MS Excel reports that compile data into understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs
- Respond to adhoc data requests and analysis
- Assist in any adhoc duties and projects as assigned
Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics or Inforcomm Technology discipline
- Experience with analyzing large amount of data from a multiple data sources will be preferred
- Ability to create summary reports using MS Excel pivot tables
- Develop MS Excel reports that compile data into understandable formats such as dashboards, tables, graphs
- Respond to adhoc data requests and analysis
- On Job Training provided
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query and MS Access
- Skilled in macros; able to correct complicated formulas and provide new formulas
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and for analytics
