About the Role
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join our Singapore team. You will be responsible for turning data into insights that drive business performance. This role involves analyzing large datasets, building models, and working with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support decision-making.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
- Partner with business units to define KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on new analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science (internships acceptable for entry-level).
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
