Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall management of company renovation projects, including schedule, quality, safety, cost control, and on-site coordination.

  2. Develop and implement project construction plans, schedules, and fund utilization plans in accordance with contracts and company requirements.

  3. Organize drawing reviews and participate in the preparation and optimization of construction and specialized plans.

  4. Manage and coordinate on-site personnel, materials, and equipment while controlling construction costs.

  5. Strictly adhere to national and local regulations and standards to ensure project quality meets contractual requirements.

  6. Implement the safety production responsibility system, conduct on-site safety inspections, address potential hazards, and prevent safety incidents.

  7. Communicate and coordinate with clients, supervisors, designers, general contractors, and relevant government departments to resolve on-site issues.

  8. Handle project documentation for visas, changes, claims, etc., to safeguard company interests.

  9. Organize project completion and acceptance inspections, assist in settlement and payment collection, and summarize project experiences for future reference.

  10. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

Qualifications

1. Education & Major

  • College diploma or higher in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Decoration Engineering, Project Management, or related fields preferred.

  • Educational requirements may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

2. Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of on-site renovation project management experience, with full project lifecycle management from start to completion.

  • Experience in residential finishing, public projects (offices, commercial spaces, hotels, hospitals, schools, etc.) preferred.

  • Prior experience as a project manager in large-scale decoration or construction companies is an advantage.

3. Professional Skills

  • Familiar with renovation project construction processes and technical standards, capable of reading and reviewing construction drawings.

  • Knowledgeable about national and local construction, decoration, inspection standards, and safety regulations.

  • Strong cost control awareness, able to effectively manage material, labor, and machinery expenses.

  • Proficient in analyzing and resolving on-site issues and handling emergencies.

  • Skilled in using CAD, Office software, and preferably project management software.

4. Certifications (Based on Company Requirements)

  • Possession of a Secondary Constructor Certificate (Construction Engineering/Municipal Engineering, etc.) or related professional certificates is preferred, registrable with the company.

  • Certifications such as Safety Officer (Type C) or Construction Site Supervisor are advantageous.

5. Personal Qualities

  • Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills to lead project teams (supervisors, technicians, document controllers, safety officers, etc.).

  • Responsible, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to on-site work environments, business trips, or site-based assignments.

  • Good professional ethics and principles, with no negative employment records.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
