Project manager (Renovation)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

. Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for renovation projects.

. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

. Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and inspections for compliance with regulations.

2. Budget & Cost Management

. Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets to avoid overruns.

. Track expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

3. Team Coordination & Communication

. Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

. Conduct regular site meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

. Serve as the main point of contact between clients, designers, and construction teams.

4. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

. Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.

. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays or complications.

5. Timeline & Performance Management

. Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.

. Troubleshoot project delays and implement solutions to keep the renovation on track.

. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

. Proven experience in project management, particularly in commercial interior design renovation or construction.

. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.

. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

. Successful candidate is required to work in the evening occassionally, when required.

. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD).

. Strong budgeting, negotiation, and contract management abilities.

. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

. Successful candidate is required to work in evening and night, to supervise the renovation progress when is needed.
