PanelCraft is a licensed renovation and interior solutions company in Singapore. We deliver complete design-and-build services, combining creativity with quality workmanship. As we expand, we are seeking a Renovation Coordinator to manage projects end-to-end - ensuring smooth execution, excellent customer service, and timely handovers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and update project schedules, manage timelines, and deliverables
- Documentation: Maintain project records, quotations, permits, variation orders, and reports
- Communication: Act as the link between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers arrange meetings, share updates, and follow up on action items
- Resource Management: Coordinate materials, manpower, and deliveries track usage and anticipate needs
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential site issues, propose solutions, and ensure workmanship meets standards
- Budget Tracking: Monitor spending, track project costs, and highlight variances from plan
- Site Coordination: Supervise on-site activities, ensure smooth trade scheduling, and resolve site issues promptly
- Customer Service: Build rapport with clients, update progress regularly, and ensure smooth handover
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to HDB/condo renovation rules, workplace safety, and company standards
- Support: Assist with project proposals, presentations, and administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in interior renovation coordination (HDB/condo/landed) with proven handover track record
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Good communication and interpersonal skills able to liaise with clients, workers, and suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Independent, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile - Able to commit 5.5 days/week (6-day availability is a bonus)

Competitive salary: $2,800 - $4,000/month (based on experience)
