Position : Relationship Manager (SME Financing/Commercial Banking)
Location : Sin Ming Drive
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Open to Discuss + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave + Dental & Health Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Originate and manage SME clients for real estate-backed financing
Grow and manage SME loan portfolio and client base
Maintain relationships with borrowers and support ongoing credit requests
Prepare credit proposals, financial analysis, and due diligence
Coordinate credit approvals and transaction execution with internal teams
Manage documentation requirements with borrowers and stakeholders
Liaise with lawyers, valuers, insurers, and service providers for loan disbursement
Support post-disbursement account management and repayment monitoring
Follow up on repayments and handle early-stage collections
Assist with restructuring or management of distressed loans
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or relationship management
Hands-on experience in credit assessment and financing documentation
Strong understanding of SME and real estate-backed financing structures
