Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of retail banking clients, focusing on long-term relationship building and cross-selling financial products.
  • Provide tailored financial advice on deposits, loans, investments, and insurance solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or relationship management.
  • Strong sales track record with proven ability to acquire and grow client relationships.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with high EQ.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements.
