Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of retail banking clients, focusing on long-term relationship building and cross-selling financial products.

- Achieve revenue and sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or relationship management.
- Strong sales track record with proven ability to acquire and grow client relationships.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high EQ.
