Responsibilities:
- Maximize new business, acquisition, and referral opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships for the Priority Clients segment.
- Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
- Source and call on individual prospects.
- Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
- Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry.
- Min Diploma Holder and relevant CMFAS papers.
- Highly results-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage customers of all levels with assertiveness.
