Our client, a global digital brokerage platform, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to spearhead the launch of its High Net Worth (HNW) client segment, supporting the firm's expansion across Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Develop and manage HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) relationships in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Greater China through personal networks, events, and channel partnerships.
- Deliver tailored wealth solutions (asset allocation, preservation, global opportunities).
- Drive client retention, engagement, and AUM growth via lifecycle management.
- Provide expert advice on private funds, bonds, structured notes, and customized portfolios leveraging internal research/risk frameworks.
- Collaborate with investment advisors, product specialists, and analysts to deliver market insights and portfolio recommendations.
- Navigate internal processes (transactions, product launches, compliance) efficiently.
- Partner with middle/back-office, legal, and operations teams to optimize client experience.
- Contribute to process improvements for client management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience as an RM or in HNW sales across private banking, wealth management, securities, or family offices
- Strong understanding of HNWI asset allocation and investment solutions (PE, structured products, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
- Proven ability to source and serve HNW clients with a strong track record in business development
- Excellent communication, client service, and long-term relationship-building skills
- A self-starter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
