Gravitas is assisting a global financial institution to hire an experienced solution delivery manager / senior software engineering specialist (C# .NET) to lead a team of engineers to deliver critical software solutions for the group.
This role will involve a combination of new project deliveries and existing software enhancements and updates - giving you the opportunity to lead, deliver and make impact in the group on a wide scale, showcasing your talents.
You'll be empowered to:
- Lead the team and collaborate with the BUs to deliver exceptional financial services software solutions
- Code reviews, not hands-on coding
- Innovate on web based applications, ensuring system integrity, availablility, performance and UX.
- Work on exciting infrastructure modernization projects including optimizing Cloud Deployments
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with MS environments - C# /.NET or VB.NET, UML, OOAD, XML, SQL
- Azure Kubernetes (AKS) / hands-on cloud deployment experience
- Experience leadiung teams to deliver solutions in financial services MS environments
