About the Bank

A leading Asian financial institution with a strong regional footprint is strengthening its Corporate & Institutional Banking platform in Singapore. Renowned for its stability, growth, and client-centric approach, the bank offers a wide suite of solutions to Financial Institutions (FIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and is now seeking to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager to further drive its FI/NBFI coverage.

The Role

As a Relationship Manager (FI & NBFI coverage), you will be entrusted with managing and expanding a portfolio of institutional clients, offering bespoke banking solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious banker eager to grow within an established platform.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, develop, and manage relationships with FIs and NBFIs across Singapore and the region.
Provide a full suite of corporate banking solutions, including lending, transaction banking, and capital markets products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, credit, and risk teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage credit risk.
Drive new business development while deepening existing client partnerships.

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in FI/NBFI coverage within corporate or institutional banking.
Strong track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering banking solutions.
Solid understanding of credit analysis, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
