We are seeking customer-oriented, motivated and sales-driven Relationship Managers to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking services to individual clients, promoting financial products and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

- To conduct a professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling session with customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by regularly sharing market updates, insights, and analyses of local and international financial products.
- Identify, engage, and follow up with individual prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- In collaboration with the Branch Manager or Team Leader, develop monthly action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and support new business and client acquisition objectives.
- To manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
- To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Retail Banking (candidates with more experience will be considered for Relationship Manager position)
- CMFAS certifications
- Well-versed in consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds and Insurance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
