Job Scope:

Reports to the Vice President and supports the Investor Services department. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: to be part of an RTA team dedicated to providing excellent client service to our client base.

Primary responsibilities include:

Client Work and Client Service

• Trade Processing and Account Data maintenance, ensuring all records are processed timely and accurately on our TA platforms
• Preparation of capital call notifications, investor statements, distributions and other communications to investors as required. Distributing the emails/faxes and couriers to investors as appropriate once they have been reviewed and approved
• Review of investor trade documentation (Subscriptions, Redemption, Transfer documents) and gathering all the relevant supporting documentation including FATCA/KYC
• Updating and maintaining MaplesFS databases for new funds and for changes in information for existing funds
• Assisting team members with general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required
• Accurately tracking and monitoring all Investor related queries and requests on behalf of our clients
• Being the first point of contact for our clients and their Investor Service needs.
