Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional nursing care to patients in home and clinic environments with a strong sense of compassion and empathy
- Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures, including:
- Urinary catheterisation
- Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding
- Wound care and dressing
- Suctioning and oxygen therapy
- Phlebotomy and IV cannulation
- Medication administration
- Monitor and assess patients conditions, including vital signs and accurate documentation
- Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and treatment progress
- Attend to patients holistic needs with a patient-first approach
- Establish strong working relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team
- Support operational and clinical duties as required
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant nursing experience
- Valid BCLS + AED certification
- Competency in IV cannulation and phlebotomy is an advantage
- Experience in A&E or community/agency nursing preferred
- Strong willingness to learn, adaptable, and demonstrates perseverance in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable working in both home care and clinic settings
- Willingness to travel for patient assignments
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- 4 shifts per week (12-hour shifts, including early, late, and overnight depending on case requirements)
- Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required
- Flexible scheduling arrangements can be discussed
