The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home facility. The RN ensures the highest quality of care is provided in accordance with nursing home policies, MOH and SNB regulations, and the individualized care plans of residents.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with SNB.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Current CPR/BCLS certification.
- Previous experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or a nursing home setting preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights if required.
