We are seeking for a Regional Technical Service Engineer for a leading Printed Circuit Board (PCB) solutions provider that is expanding its regional support team. This role will be responsible for ASEAN operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and customer support across the ASEAN region.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to copper plating processes in PCB manufacturing.
- Conduct technical training, process audits, and on-site support to strengthen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to deliver value-added solutions for clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in PCB manufacturing, with strong expertise in copper plating processes.
- Proven track record in technical service, process troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the ASEAN region.
