- Develop and document implementation plans, infrastructure designs, and technical specifications.
- Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation procedures.
- Analyze and contribute to customer requirements, feature specifications, and feasibility studies.
- Participate in migration planning and execution for telecom systems.
- Share and maintain knowledge across tools such as SharePoint, ShareNet, and Yammer.
- Independently solve complex integration problems using advanced analytical methods.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team/project leadership when required.
- Ensure effective collaboration across virtual teams in global delivery environments.
