Regional Supply Chain Manager (Electronic Manufacturing) - East - WCDT

Job Scope:

Formulate and execute regional supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support overall business expansion.

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory levels, and procurement plans.

Evaluate market trends and demand patterns to develop robust supply plans, minimizing risks of shortages and excess stock.

Optimize the end-to-end supply chain network, including sourcing, production allocation, and distribution across multiple countries.

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.

Drive inventory management strategies to achieve optimal balance between service levels, working capital efficiency, and obsolescence control.

Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance planning accuracy and operational performance.

Track and analyze key supply chain metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, lead times) and implement improvement actions.

Establish risk mitigation frameworks to address potential supply disruptions, including contingency planning and supplier diversification.

Lead regional transformation initiatives, including process standardization, system enhancements, and scalability improvements.

Guide and develop regional planning teams to ensure consistent execution, capability building, and alignment across all locations.
