You as a Corporate HSE Manager will lead lead and drive our organisation's health, safety, and environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company's corporate HSE strategy, policies, and frameworks across all building projects
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) and Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) guidelines
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project HSE teams, ensuring consistent safety practices across all sites
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across project sites and corporate functions
- Drive incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Lead company-wide safety campaigns, training programs, and initiatives to foster a strong safety culture
- Monitor HSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders on all HSE-related matters
- Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management at a corporate level
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HSE professionals across multiple projects
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related discipline
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of HSE experience in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, risk management, and safety systems
- Proven track record in driving safety culture transformation and achieving strong safety performance
- Experience in ISO certification and audit processes
- Familiarity with digital HSE systems, reporting tools, and analytics
