Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for the assigned country/region, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and support internal or external audits.
- Contribute to the annual salary review cycle, bonus and incentive calculations.
- Maintain up-to-date C&B records in HR systems and generate relevant reports.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy updates.
- Ensure alignment with internal controls and external statutory regulations.
- Support broader C&B projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act and local payroll practices.
- Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, including hands-on payroll processing.
- Prior experience in a multinational or regional environment is preferred.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
