This person will play a key role driving the commercial strategy with our partners aiming to develop the business and increase sales within the region. It's crucial that this person has strong commercial and business development skills and is proactive, constantly exploring the market and looking for new opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management of the business relationship with the partners assigned in his/her portfolio, providing the necessary support to promote the sale of product in the Asia-Pacific region. Among others:
- Monitoring and control of the business, including sales, margins and debt
- Collaboration with the different internal areas to ensure achievement of the Business Plan:
- Market and competition analysis for decision-making.
- Identification of new business opportunities in the assigned markets and for the different product segments.
- Analysis and reporting related to the monitoring of the Business Plan and Results Account.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration / International Trade / Marketing / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering.
- Commercial and business understanding of at least one component of the lubricants value chain (base oils, finished lubricants sales, marketing, etc.) with experience in the sector (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of industry fundamentals, business drivers, and value chain economics
- Keen interpersonal skills, understanding customer needs, and coming up with solutions with the team with strong communication skills
- Strong financial insight with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Independent and highly motivated self-starter with ability to work in decentralized teams.
- MS Office tools with high skills in, EXCEL and POWER BI
- Availability to travel (30%).
- Languages: English and Chinese (valuable knowledge of Spanish, Japanese or others).
- Strong and structured communication skills with solid presentation capabilities
