Job summary
If you're passionate about hitting sales goal numbers and working with people in a variety of environments, you might be a perfect match for our Regional Sales Manager position. We're looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the IVD & Hematology market to join our international team. This regional management position oversees approx. 10 countries with and without Country Manager including China . Your job would be to visit our country managers and distributors in a regular frequency and manage the overall sales goals, accomplishments and strategies for the region.

Job duties
Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews preparing and completing action plans productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems completing audits identifying trends determining regional sales system improvements implementing change.
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota per market in support of objectives.
Define and implement regional sales plans, prepare presentations, reports price quotations and support contract negotiations.
Maintain and expand customer base by counseling Country Manager and analyze potential business partners building and maintaining rapport with key customers identifying new market opportunities.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities surveying consumer needs and trends tracking competitors.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Report to HQ about regional competitive activities and overall market place.
Educate sales teams from our distribution partners with presentations, seminars and regular meetings on sales techniques and product knowledge
Monitor sales and revenue performance and initiates corrective measures when necessary
Conduct visits to laboratories and hospitals and carry out product presentation for new customers
Manage a team in our office in Singapore and country managers in different countries
Requirements:-
Degree in Sales /Marketing with medical education combined with a background in clinical laboratory ( Hematology and Blood Test Equipment)
Knowledge in the field of in vitro diagnostics (reagents and analyzers) is advantageous with 5+ years experience in the IVD field is a MUST
Sales talent and commercial understanding
High negotiation skills and Result driven
Great communication skills
Willingness to travel on a regular basis - approx. 60 % within regional to meet clients is a MUST
