Regional Sales Manager

COMPANY PROFILE

A newly setup company, with HQ based in Singapore, dealing with the distribution of semiconductor production equipment and chemicals and covering Southeast Asia region.

Our various established and reputable principals are from Japan, S Korea, Taiwan, USA, Germany etc.,

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager, willing to travel widely (may eventually be based in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and/or Melaka).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in semiconductor front-end or back-end equipment sales. III-Vs
2. Familiar with the Southeast Asian semiconductor market existing customer networks in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines, and Indonesia are preferred.
3. Good understanding of III-V compound semiconductors and related testing applications.
4. Existing relationships with III-V compound semiconductor customers are a plus.
5. Capable of independently developing new customers, arranging customer visits, delivering product presentations, and conducting commercial negotiations.
6. Responsible for market research, business development, quotation preparation, and projects follow-up resulting in getting orders.
7. Coordinate technical and commercial communication among customers, the Taiwan team, and overseas suppliers.
8. Strong English and Mandarin communication skills and willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia.
9. Proven equipment sales and deal-closing experience this is not a customer-maintenance-only role.
10. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is preferred.
11. Other strong relevant work experience and value-added key characteristics.
