Role Summary

  • Drive regional business growth and channel performance across Southeast Asia
  • Lead market expansion, partner development, and commercial execution
  • Ensure consistent premium brand experience across all channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new markets, partners, and channels across SEA
  • Lead market entry and store launch initiatives (mono-brand / multi-brand)
  • Develop business plans, sales projections, and ROI-driven strategies
  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
  • Manage forecasting, pricing discipline, and inventory planning
  • Track and optimise partner and channel performance (KPIs)
  • Build and manage strong distributor and partner relationships
  • Conduct regular business reviews and annual strategic planning (SWOT)
  • Ensure alignment with Leica's premium brand standards (retail, VM, online)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Akademie teams on campaigns and activations
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and performance analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in channel management / retail / business development
  • Experience across multiple SEA markets
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
  • Strong experience in distributor / partner management
  • Experience in luxury / premium / high-end brands preferred

  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a regional environment
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in photography, design, or premium lifestyle brands is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (forecasting, analysis)
  • Familiar with Power BI or similar tools
  • Confident in digital reporting and communication
