Role Overview
This role focuses on managing and growing customer accounts within the engine services (component repair) business, while actively developing new opportunities across assigned territories. You will play a key role in driving revenue, ensuring service delivery excellence, and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts, driving growth in component repair services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Ensure timely service delivery and follow through on payment collections
- Address and resolve customer service or operational issues effectively
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including industry events and campaigns
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in the engine MRO industry
- Strong capabilities in handling customer enquiries, quotations, and costing
- Willingness to travel and work across different time zones
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to identify and capture new business opportunities
