Job Description

  • Handle general quantity surveying duties, including contract and project cost control, variations, and contract administration
  • Source quotations, perform price comparisons, and prepare costing summaries
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation
  • Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors on project cost matters
  • Prepare monthly progress claims and related cost analysis reports
