Senior Quantity Surveyor

Review invoices and prepare timesheet claims to customers.

Calculate and prepare Variation Order (VO) claims for customers.

Verify VO and timesheets claims submitted by subcontractors.

Perform and manage quantity remeasurement activities, such as for steel, piping, and electrical works.

Attend onsite visits with clients to verify and validate quantity measurements.

Manage multiple tasks effectively, priorities workload appropriately, engagement with Customer/subcontractor and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Ship Repair Billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare accurate worksheets with minimal errors.
• Employees may be required to work beyond regular hours where necessary to meet project or operational needs, with appropriate compensation or time-off-in-lieu in accordance with company policy.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4.30pm
