Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager/Executive will be responsible for driving sales of aircraft parts (including Used Serviceable Material) and MRO services within the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the aviation aftermarket, customer needs, and technical requirements. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and achieve revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote aircraft parts (new, repaired, and USM) and MRO services across airlines, MROs, lessors, and aviation suppliers.
- Identify, engage, and secure new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular engagement, technical support, and reliable service delivery.
- Understand customer requirements for components, repairs, and inventory support, and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, repair management, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and quality support.Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.
- Represent the company at aviation trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. of 3-5 years of sales experience in aviation aftermarket (aircraft parts, USM, components, or MRO services).
- Strong knowledge of aircraft components, repair processes, and supply chain in the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships.
- Established network with airlines, MROs, and aviation suppliers is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and presentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
