Job Summary

As a member of the Global Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business growth initiatives across global markets, with a focus on expanding existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You will support customers across Singapore and Malaysia while driving the introduction of new products and services to meet evolving market needs.

In this role, you will lead sales, account management, and market development activities. Leveraging a strong understanding of the company's engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities, you will act as a trusted partner to customers, developing tailored solutions that enhance operational performance and reduce total cost of ownership.

The Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • 1-2 years of sales, business development, or account management experience preferred; candidates with strong potential and relevant technical backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Technical knowledge or experience within the semiconductor, optoelectronics, or related high-technology industries would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ambition, drive, and a desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required (approximately 10% of the time).
  • Based in Singapore and offers flexibility for occasional remote work and customer visit.
