Xin Huawei Pte Ltd is expanding our trading activities between Singapore and China. We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our business development, strengthen cross-border trade, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Singapore-China market.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client and partner networks.
- Negotiate and secure trading contracts with key partners.
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and regional trends.
- Manage and lead a team of sales personnel, providing mentorship, training, and motivation to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
- Liaise between Singapore and China partners to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
Requirements
- Strong track record of 5 years of senior-level experience in wholesale trade, international trading, or regional sales.
- Proven business exposure and network in the China market.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of China's market dynamics, cultural practices, and trading regulations.
- Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and China.
