Overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Regional Sales Director to lead strategic operations and drive growth across regional and cross-border markets. This role is suited for a business leader who is skilled in international business practices and market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for sales strategy and performance across assigned markets, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Develop and execute business development plans to capture opportunities in evolving consumer and industrial landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, industry associations, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across regions of operation.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to align business objectives with market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed and agile decision-making.

Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior management or leadership role with regional or cross-border exposure.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and business practices in diverse regions.
- Experience managing partnerships, distribution channels, and business networks.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional regional language.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field MBA preferred.
