What You'll Do

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Drive sales pipeline generation and deal closures for OP2C opportunities across APAC.
  • Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with Oracle Consulting regional OP2C leaders.
  • Lead C-level customer conversations, articulate the business case for transformation, and position Oracle Fusion Cloud value propositions.

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Collaboration

  • Work closely with Oracle Consulting teams, regional Account teams, and Solution Engineering to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities.
  • Engage with strategic partners (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Accenture) to jointly position Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

Program Development & Thought Leadership

  • Champion the OP2C program in APAC, ensuring consistent messaging and market visibility.
  • Contribute to executive briefings, customer workshops, and Oracle events to showcase OP2C success stories.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to evolving the framework, playbooks, and assets.

Business Value & Customer Success

  • Focus on delivering measurable outcomes for customers, helping them modernize, innovate, and achieve business agility.
  • Ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and Oracle Cloud adoption.

What you'll Need

Core Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or business development roles.
  • Strong track record of selling large-scale ERP, HCM, SCM, or industry-specific transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and legacy Oracle platforms (E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Hyperion).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and sell to C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-country deal cycles across diverse industries in APAC.
  • Proven success in driving multi-million dollar cloud transformation deals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Selling: Strong command of consultative and value-based selling
  • Collaboration: Skilled at working in a highly matrixed organization, influencing across Consulting, Sales, and Solution Engineering.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of key industries in APAC (Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector, Energy, etc.) and their cloud transformation priorities.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, financial modelling, and business case development skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor sales teams and inspire colleagues to deliver excellence.
  • Resilience & Agility: Thrives in a dynamic, competitive environment with shifting priorities.
