about the job

  • Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a sustainable distribution network
  • Provide regular updates on regional performance and market insights
  • Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
  • Identify and engage with high-potential dealers and customers
  • Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
  • Define clear sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions

skills & experience required

  • Msc / Degree in engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of business development & sales working experience in powertools machinery
  • Experience in managing sales personnel remotely from Singapore
  • Experience in B2B sales of powertools for agriculture / mining sector will be a big plus
  • Able to travel to overseas-regional for work assignment (50%)
  • Willing to travel to west of Singapore (Main Office) for work
