Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market growth.
    Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Management:
    Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
    Establish and monitor key sales metrics, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management.
    Ensure consistent sales processes, reporting, and best practices across the region.
  • Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
    Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
  • Revenue & Profitability:
    Manage pricing strategies and contract negotiations to optimize revenue and profitability.
    Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
    Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
    Foster a results-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a regional or multi-country sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
