We are hiring for a Regional Sales Director for our client in US & South America
Location: US or South America (Remote)
Overview: A rapidly growing global blockchain technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across the North and South American regions. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales leadership experience, deep understanding of the blockchain/fintech landscape, and the ability to influence enterprise and institutional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales and go-to-market strategies across the US, Latin America, and South America.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with fintechs, investment institutions, exchanges, and digital asset companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline development qualification proposal negotiation closure.
- Work closely with product, compliance, and marketing teams to tailor offerings to local markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with local resellers, ecosystem players, and industry collaborators.
- Represent the company at industry events across the Americas to strengthen brand presence.
- Track competitor landscape, regulatory changes, and market trends to guide sales direction.
- Lead and mentor a growing regional sales team as expansion continues.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA is a plus).
- 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in blockchain, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven success managing multi-country sales and delivering strong revenue results.
- Strong understanding of digital asset ecosystems and regional regulatory environments.
- Multilingual preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, global remote environment
- Willingness to travel across the Americas.
