Regional Director, AI Transformation & TED Sales (Asia)

TDCX is scaling TED, our next-generation agentic AI platform for customer experience. We are looking for a commercial powerhouse to drive TED adoption across Asia and help global brands transform how their CX teams work.

If you've sold Enterprise SaaS, understand AI workflows, and love creating impact at scale this is the role.

What you'll do

• Lead the AI transformation GTM for Asia
• Build a multi-million USD pipeline and close strategic deals
• Educate C-suite leaders on agentic AI, automation, and CX efficiency
• Shape client pilots and solution design with our product & engineering teams
• Be the face of TED at events, customer briefings, and regional launches

What we're looking for

• 1015 years Enterprise SaaS / AI / CX tech selling
• Proven track record closing USD 1M+ ACV deals
• Strong understanding of agent assist, AI orchestration, workflow automation, QA automation
• Ability to sell across Singapore, Japan, Korea, India, Southeast Asia
• High energy, strategic, entrepreneurial
• A builder who thrives in fast-growing environments
