This client has built an AI-infused SaaS platform powering modern finance teams to operate with clarity, speed, and control.

Scaling fast in Asia, they're looking for a Regional Sales Director who can an elite machine. They need a genuine builder to be high-impact not maintain the status quo.

In this role, you will own the number across Singapore and neighboring Asian markets. You will recruit, build and lead a team of high-caliber Account Executives. You will define the regional go-to-market motion and drive execution. You won't manage from the sidelines. You will step into deals, challenge assumptions, sharpen strategy, and create momentum when it matters most.

If you are driven by targets, energized by competition, and motivated by building teams that outperform this is your role.

What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Build, coach, and scale a top-tier team of Account Executives.
  • Install a culture of discipline, urgency, and ownership.
  • Drive pipeline generation and deal velocity.
  • Run precise forecasting.
  • Lead from the front in complex deals.
  • Develop reps into trusted advisors capable of winning at C-level.
  • Align tightly with Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success to create a high-conversion revenue engine.
  • Recruit and retain A-players.
  • Operationalize MEDDPICC (or similar methodology).
  • Use AI and data as competitive weapons to increase win rates and forecast accuracy.
