At this stage of our growth, we are looking for a senior, quota-carrying sales leader who can drive early customer traction, shape opportunities, and close commercial deals.
You will own deals end-to-end while helping to define how we approach the market as we scale.
While experience in Industry / Private 5G is highly relevant, we are also open to candidates who have successfully sold complex enterprise, infrastructure, or solution-led technologies into large organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed customer PO
Lead customer discovery, commercial discussions, and deal structuring (including pilots or phased deployments)
Identify and prioritise high-probability use cases that lead to revenue
Work closely with technical teams to translate customer needs into clear, sellable solutions
Build a focused, conversion-driven pipeline (quality over volume) in the region.
Provide market feedback to help refine go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
Proven experience selling complex enterprise or industrial technology solutions
Strong individual execution skills comfortable operating without large teams or heavy structure
Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and navigating longer sales cycles
Backgrounds may include (but are not limited to):
Enterprise infrastructure or connectivity
Industrial / OT / automation platforms
Private networks, wireless, or networking solutions
Enterprise or AI-enabled platforms
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working in an evolving environment
