Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Director with strong regional sales leadership experience to oversee our sales operations and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team across Singapore and the region. Industry experience in automotive parts and accessories is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the regional sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across the region.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales policies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven regional sales leadership experience.
- Strong background in the automotive parts and accessories industry (wholesale/distribution experience required).
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-market sales operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
