We&aposre seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead our business growth in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. About the role:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Drive pipeline generation, sales execution, and forecasting across target markets in the region.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in marketing, solutions engineering, partner alliances, and customer success to deliver a unified strategy and strong customer experience.
- Lead and supervise a team of key account managers across both enterprise segments.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing mentorship to develop top sales talent.
- Accountable to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on customer value and revenue results.
- Responsible to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition & expansion within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key customers and prospects to unlock long-term value.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with partners to drive business growth initiatives and strategic alliances to scale reach and delivery
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and regional performance insights to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing of best practices across global and regional teams, localize international initiatives for market needs, and leverage expertise and aggregate trends to drive business growth, innovation, and informed decision-making.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or Master degree with +15 years or experiences in account management or sales within the enterprise software industry.
- Experience leading GTM efforts for major features or services including, but not limited to positioning, pricing, launch, sales initiatives, where scope involved working with multiple partner teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Proven success driving revenue growth across diverse APAC / SEA markets
- Strong understanding of regional business culture, compliance, and market dynamics
- Experience managing distributed teams and scaling regional operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proven track record experiences to work with cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines.
- A willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Fluent English and Mandarin is required, as you will be working in international markets & internal key management stakeholders.
