We're supporting an established MNC in seeking a Regional Channel Leader to take ownership of distributor partnerships and execute impactful commercial strategies. This is a pivotal mid-level leadership role ideal for someone with regional experience and a strong grasp of channel dynamics in healthcare.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage distributor performance, POS execution, inventory optimization, and compliance across the region.
- Expand coverage, rationalize channel partners, and support sell-in/sell-out growth via tailored incentive programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, education, and commercial excellence teams to enable partner success.
- Drive digital enablement and support eCommerce transformation in the channel.
- Analyze market trends, manage forecasts, and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with corporate standards, ethics, and strategic goals.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience managing distributors/channel sales in medical/dental or consumer health devices.
- Strong background in channel strategy, commercial operations, sales analytics, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic alliances.
- Experience working across regional markets
- A data-driven mindset and passion for growing business through smart partnerships.
